📋 Description

• Close deals and develop customers from initial sign-up into loyal, long-term clients • Call cold and warm leads to qualify opportunities and identify needs • Conduct real sales conversations — no meetings about meetings • Drive deals to close — structured, smart, confident • Work closely with the Sales Coach and leadership team • Develop customers long-term through upgrades and upsells

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience (B2B or B2C) • Self-motivated and able to work independently without micro-management • Desire to do more than sell — you want to grow professionally • Experience in the recruiting space is a plus, but not required
