📋 Description

• Conduct process mapping and diagnostics, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommended actions. • Lead end-to-end improvement projects, from problem framing and structuring through implementation and monitoring of results. • Establish and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with area objectives, and develop dashboards with actionable metrics to support decision-making. • Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of data used in processes, indicators, and automations. • Implement automations and technological solutions, including the use of Artificial Intelligence, to increase efficiency and drive operational advancement. • Operate in ambiguous contexts by structuring problems, engaging stakeholders, and promoting adoption of process and workflow management tools and practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in process mapping and implementing process improvements with measurable impact. • Experience in process automation using automation platforms, triggers, workflows, and integrations between systems. • Knowledge of process modeling and management tools. • Analytical, data-oriented profile. • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities. • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude. • Nice to have: • Experience in technology companies or fast-paced environments. • Knowledge of programming languages for automation (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python, or similar). • Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar).
