📋 Description

• Develop, customize, and implement solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud • Work with automation flows, processes, and development using Apex and Lightning Components, among others • Integrate external systems with the Salesforce platform using REST/SOAP APIs • Configure and manage objects, page layouts, reports, and dashboards • Understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure a good user experience • Perform maintenance and continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions • Participate in the full development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and support • Stay up to date with new features and best practices in the Salesforce ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Salesforce Developer commensurate with a senior-level position • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (Aura and/or LWC) • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Service Cloud • Experience with REST/SOAP integration APIs and integration tools • Knowledge of SOQL and SOSL • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) • Experience with source control and tools such as Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps • Experience using AI tools applied to Salesforce development, such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude
