📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of complex, large-scale solutions on the Salesforce platform. • Serve as a technical reference, mentoring other developers and ensuring the application of architecture and development best practices. • Translate complex business challenges into robust and innovative technical solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of deep experience in Salesforce development. • Comprehensive mastery of the Salesforce ecosystem, including platform limitations, design patterns, and architectural best practices. • Expertise in advanced development with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and complex integrations (event-driven architecture, middleware). • Experience leading the technical design of solutions with attention to scalability, performance, and security. • Deep knowledge of CI/CD strategies, code governance, and technical debt management. • Ability to act as a solutions architect, designing end-to-end technical vision for critical projects. • Exceptional ability to analyze and resolve the most complex and critical system issues. • Strategic foresight to anticipate future technical challenges and proactively propose platform architecture improvements. • Leadership and mentoring skills to guide and develop other team members technically. • Ability to communicate and defend architectural decisions to executive stakeholders and technical teams. • Excellence in creating technical documentation and architecture diagrams. • Lead by example, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration. • Ability to manage and influence teams even without formal authority. • Resilience and composure to handle pressure and stakeholder escalations. • Strategic thinking with focus on aligning technical solutions to the company’s long-term objectives.
