📋 Description

• Professional responsible for technically leading the evolution of the CRM Platform, serving as a reference in data architecture and integrations, with a strong understanding of the business. • Must support the team in technical decisions, ensure engineering best practices, and enable scalable, reliable solutions aligned with the company’s strategy. • Works closely with stakeholders, translating business needs into efficient technical solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Data Architecture and Data Engineering • Strong knowledge of data modeling, data pipelines, and analytical architectures • Experience with large-scale data solutions and distributed environments • Ability to assess, propose, and evolve event-driven and analytics-oriented data architectures • Solid knowledge of: Kafka (event streaming and asynchronous integrations) • Databricks (big data engineering and analytics) • CDP (Customer Data Platform) and the Martech ecosystem • Apache Airflow (pipeline orchestration) • PySpark for distributed processing • Python for developing pipelines, automations, and analyses • Experience with AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda, EMR, Redshift, among others) • Knowledge of CRM solutions • Preferred experience with Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations, and data models) • CI/CD, code versioning, observability, and data governance • Data security, quality, and reliability • Experience designing and evaluating system integration solutions
