📋 Description

• Analyze and structure business processes and identify automation opportunities • Design and implement AI and workflow solutions using n8n, Make, or Zapier • Connect systems via APIs and JSON and ensure clean, reliable data flows • Integrate LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, tool calling, and agentic workflows into business processes • Translate business requirements into clear technical solutions • Take ownership of solutions from the initial idea through production deployment • Measure results, improve existing automations, and make them scalable • Bridge business functions, IT, and management while making technical and conceptual decisions • Take GDPR, the EU AI Act, and governance requirements into account from the outset

🎯 Requirements

• Strong process-oriented mindset and solid understanding of process modeling • Experience with low-code/no-code automation, ideally using n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate • Good understanding of BPMN, APIs, and data structures • Practical understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and LLM APIs • Experience with RAG, tool calling, and agentic workflows is a plus • Ability to structure complex requirements and act as a bridge between business and IT • Independent, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work • Willingness to take responsibility for decisions and outcomes • Excellent written and spoken German, at least C1 level • Willingness to communicate with clients • Knowledge of the GDPR, the EU AI Act, and governance requirements to be considered during implementation
