📋 Description

• As a Business Service Manager, you play a key role in advancing our industry services and contribute significantly to the successful positioning of our solutions. • Responsibility for service delivery and customer relationships. • Operational oversight of an established service portfolio for an existing client base. • Capture, evaluate and contractually document business requirements from our clients. • Consolidation of requirements and development of new solution concepts. • Coordination and implementation of initiatives. • Close collaboration with IT and commercial teams. • Active management and tracking of the requirements process through to implementation. • Support for internal and external projects. • Multi-year revenue forecasting and planning. • Preparation of service costings and billing models. • Preparation and submission of proposals. • Preparation of decision papers for executive management. • Reporting to industry representatives, stakeholders and clients. • Preparation, facilitation and follow-up of workshops, specialist conferences and client meetings. • Active contribution to the further development of industry services for the German insurance market.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics and at least five years of professional experience in the described areas of responsibility. • Communication skills: enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration. Confident presence, proactive communication and enjoyment in shaping challenges. • Technical understanding: ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and a solid grasp of technical dependencies and commercial issues. • Confident use of the Microsoft product suite. • Very good German language skills, written and spoken, at a minimum of C1 level.
