📋 Description

• Provide strategic legal advice to the Wind segment teams, principally in DACH region, France and other areas as assigned. • Lead legal & compliance strategy and direction for the Wind segment in conjunction other internal Counsels and in close coordination with the Wind segment Global Legal & Compliance team • Manage and mitigate legal risks associated with large-scale projects, including negotiation, drafting, execution, interpretation and review of complex agreements. • Advise business on new, changing, and unique regulatory and compliance issues in the region. • Support segment litigation, arbitration, mediation and dispute resolution. • Manage outside counsel and associated spend. • Advise on a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to: commercial contracts, joint ventures, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution and litigation. • Develop and implement legal strategies aligned with the business objectives of the Wind segment. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including finance, sourcing, business development, and operations. • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high ethical standards within the Wind segment. • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in Germany with significant experience as a practicing attorney • Fluent in both German and English • Extensive experience in complex commercial transactions and large-scale project contracts • Demonstrated ability to provide senior-level legal advice and counsel to executive leadership • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
