📋 Description

• Serve as the primary administrator for our marketing automation platform and customer contact database, with +200k contacts touched annually • Collaborate on strategy to support multiple business segments within one Marketo instance, establishing best practices for workspace organization and management • Execute routine database maintenance to ensure data accuracy, including cleansing, removing, and refreshing contacts to maintain overall system health. • Build targeted segments and lists to support marketing campaigns and customer outreach initiatives. • Align marketing automation technologies to maintain strong governance in the current environment and/or future environments across GE Vernova. • Monitor data flow between Marketo and the global CRM instance, helping to troubleshoot lead routing and scoring issues across multiple sales territories. • Support adherence to global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) by implementing consent management workflows and subscription preferences. • Leverage AI and Lean methodologies to continually simplify and refine marketing automation processes to be more efficient and effective. • Partner with global IT, Sales Operations, and regional Marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead handoff processes, SLA tracking, and overall funnel transparency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience.) • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role focused on database management. • Solid understanding of marketing automation programs and working knowledge of the Marketo CRM system, including knowledge on how data flows between marketing and sales platforms. • Foundational knowledge of global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CASL, CCPA, etc.) and experience managing consent/subscription preferences. • Must be highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively and adapt to changing project needs. • English language fluency and ability to work primarily in US EST time zone to facilitate collaboration with our global teams
