📋 Description
• Accountable for project operations and programs support including standardization, quality management, document management. • Supervisory roles that provide direct or indirect leadership for overall projects operation. • Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline and contributing towards strategy and policy development. • Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is required. • Minimum of 15 years of experience in Project Management. • Minimum of 10 years of working experience in High Voltage Products. • Proven experience in leading a portfolio of projects for a region. • Demonstrated professional experience working within the African region. • Strong strategic leadership and operational excellence. • Solid financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting. • Strong stakeholder management and risk management skills. • Ability to lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams. • Strong computer skills using MS Office Software Suite. • Fluent in English and Arabic languages.
