📋 Description
• Define and maintain the long-term product strategy for power electronic converter platforms. • Actively lead the structuring of converter platforms across HVDC and FACTS solutions. • Develop and drive the product roadmap covering: performance, technology development, cost competitiveness, reliability improvements, sustainability objectives, lifecycle and obsolescence management. • Manage functional and non-functional requirements at the product level. • Translate solution needs into reusable product capabilities. • Manage the full product lifecycle, from design through withdrawal.
🎯 Requirements
• Master's degree or higher in electrical engineering, power electronics, energy systems, physics, or a related technical discipline. • 10+ years of experience in power electronics, HVDC, FACTS, grid technologies, or high-voltage engineering. • Proven experience in product management, developing technology roadmaps, requirements management, and cross-functional leadership. • Experience with power semiconductors, modular multilevel converter technologies, HVDC conversion systems, thermal management systems, high-voltage insulation systems, product lifecycle management, systems engineering, requirements engineering, and risk management.
