📋 Description

• Own and articulate the end-to-end strategy for equipment event definition and project enablement across ITO and OTR • Establish a single source of truth for outage projects that connect commercial planning with execution and financial outcomes • Drive global process standardization across ITO and OTR functions • Embed Lean principles and daily management in partnership with Global Operations to eliminate non-value-added activities, improve predictability, and enable consistent execution across regions • Own the functional digital roadmap for ISM Event and Project Enablement, positioning Salesforce as the orchestration layer and ERP as the system of record • Serve as the primary functional counterpart to IT • Lead enterprise change management by aligning stakeholders, clarifying roles, and embedding new ways of working • Establish strong functional governance, clear decision rights, and effective escalation mechanisms to enable speed and accountability • Own functional accountability for legacy applications, ensuring committed backlog delivery with discipline while supporting transition and sunset plans aligned with the future-state architecture

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college • 7+ additional years of experience in cross functional roles supporting Commercial, Supply Chain, Field Services, Region Operations organizations • Proven experience leading service, operations, or field service transformations across regions using Digital Technology • Strong background in process standardization, Lean, and operating model design • Functional expertise with GEV Applications specifically Event Vision, Alpha, PMx ERP and Data Lake • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into scalable digital solutions in partnership with IT • Experienced individual contributor with strong cross-functional influence and executive communication skills
