📋 Description

• You oversee the entire project and, following standardized global processes, plan and ensure smooth project execution with responsibility for budget, schedule and quality. • You precisely understand our customers' needs and use this as motivation to exceed their expectations. • You motivate and lead interdisciplinary teams with strong ownership and create a positive working environment. • You possess solid knowledge in electrical engineering and seamlessly integrate your expertise into project planning and execution. • You analyze complex issues, make well-founded decisions and proactively manage risks and opportunities. • You maintain close communication with all project stakeholders, senior management and customers to ensure a smooth flow of information. • You model a safety-first culture and consider occupational safety the highest priority. • You implement the highest quality standards and ensure compliance with all relevant norms and regulations. • You are committed to continuous improvement and apply appropriate Lean management methods. • You integrate EHS requirements into the project organization and contribute to the sustainable delivery of projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in project management within plant engineering, preferably for turnkey high-voltage switchgear and substations. • Bachelor's, Master's or Diplom degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Electrical Engineering (ideally with a focus on power engineering), or a comparable qualification. • Very extensive knowledge of processes, software and tools. • Certification from PMI, IPMA or an equivalent body successfully completed. • Fluent in German and English; able to read and understand contracts in both languages. • Experience leading interdisciplinary teams with multiple interfaces and a high proportion of local project work. • Experience managing projects with very high financial, technical and commercial risk. • Willingness to work short-term at different sites or construction locations and to travel regularly within Europe and internationally.
