Sunfire is an electrolysis specialist developing and manufacturing industrial-scale electrolyzers (AEL and SOEC) for green hydrogen production. The company supplies pressurized alkaline and solid-oxide electrolyzers and deploys P2X solutions for industrial customers such as refineries to support decarbonization and the energy transition. Sunfire focuses on engineering, production capacity scaling, and partnering with industry to enable large-scale green hydrogen adoption.

📋 Description

• Establish, lead and optimize the following areas: plant structure planning and value stream planning • Plan, organize and control all projects and processes • Implement a Lean management approach across the value stream • Ensure production strategies and concepts • Facilitate continuous knowledge exchange within the production network

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering • Several years of professional experience in implementing and optimizing production sites • Leadership experience in a production environment • Strong expertise in manufacturing technology, process optimization, automation, Lean management and project management • Advanced knowledge of common IT tools (MES, ERP, DMS) • Fluent in German and business-fluent English (minimum C1 level)
