📋 Description

• Build and maintain a positive working atmosphere through leadership, development, coaching and motivation of your store team. • Organize merchandise management on the sales floor and ensure attractive product presentation in the sales area. • Optimize, manage and implement all relevant workflows and sales processes. • Assume responsibility for sales and financial results for your store. • Confident use of our merchandise management and point-of-sale (POS) systems. • Responsible for sales, analysis and staff planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in retail cosmetics or fashion. • Strong service orientation and sales skills. • Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to motivate and inspire. • Team player with leadership experience. • Organizational talent and a good numerical understanding. • Passion for cosmetics. • Confident and professional manner.
