Sunfire is an electrolysis specialist developing and manufacturing industrial-scale electrolyzers (AEL and SOEC) for green hydrogen production. The company supplies pressurized alkaline and solid-oxide electrolyzers and deploys P2X solutions for industrial customers such as refineries to support decarbonization and the energy transition. Sunfire focuses on engineering, production capacity scaling, and partnering with industry to enable large-scale green hydrogen adoption.

📋 Description

• Responsible for establishing, coordinating and providing technical and disciplinary leadership across various departments. • Planning, organizing and controlling all projects and processes, including investment planning and CapEx reviews. • Implementing Lean management approaches across the value stream. • Ensuring production strategies and concepts are in place to support the company’s strategy. • Ensuring knowledge exchange and adherence to technology standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering. • Several years of professional experience in implementing and optimizing production sites and processes. • Leadership experience in a production environment and plant engineering (ideally international). • Solid knowledge of manufacturing engineering, process optimization, automation, LEAN Management and project management. • Proficient use of common IT tools (MES, ERP, DMS). • Strong teamwork and communication skills and an affinity for numbers. • Fluent German and business-fluent English (min. C1 level).
