📋 Description

• Full project management accounting for global processes. • Customer-focused approach to exceed expectations. • Motivate and lead interdisciplinary teams. • Integrate technical expertise into project planning and execution. • Analyze complex issues and perform proactive risk management. • Maintain close communication with all project stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in project management for plant engineering projects, preferably turnkey high-voltage switchgear and substations. • Bachelor’s, Master’s or Diplom degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification. • Extensive knowledge of processes, software & tools, and a strong ability to quickly grasp new concepts. • Certification from PMI, IPMA or equivalent. • Fluent in German and English; able to read and understand contracts in both languages. • Experience leading interdisciplinary teams.
