📋 Description

• Define supplier strategy, including management and optimization of supplier panels • Lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers • Negotiate terms and conditions and transmit information to Procurement • Manage claims • Perform commercial sourcing management, including data analysis and negotiation support • Perform purchasing activities where applicable • Lead and manage medium to large teams, including direct and second-line reports • Develop expertise within the function and provide professional or thought leadership • Lead functional teams or projects with moderate to high resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity • Present business solutions to functional leaders • Communicate complex messages and negotiate internally and with external partners, vendors, or customers • Influence policy, operating guidelines, budgets, and delivery within the function • Lead others in finding creative solutions to complex problems • Evaluate information quality and question conflicting data for analysis • Use internal and external resources to support decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in Sourcing Management at high level and exposure • Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to lead programs/projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Proficiency in English is essential • Experience in the Aerospace sector is desirable
