📋 Description

• Execute HR and Benefits processes across the employee lifecycle • Provide high-quality support and guidance to employees, People Leaders, and HR partners • Collaborate on regional and global HR projects and initiatives • Identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and simplification • Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and GE HealthCare policy requirements • Develop strong stakeholder relationships through proactive communication • Handle onboarding, offboarding, Workday data maintenance, payroll input, reporting, and related HR operations • Identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvements • Promote “Best in Class” service while working cross-functionally with internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in a related area • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Norwegian, Danish or Swedish • Prior professional work experience within HR Operations, ideally within a multinational organization • Experience working with Workday and query management systems such as ServiceNow and Service Cloud • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) • Ability to work in a complex and rapidly changing work environment across multiple stakeholder groups, with comfort and efficiency
