📋 Description

• Own the organic growth roadmap across all Otte Polo Group brands • Lead and mentor SEO specialists, content writers, and technical support • Identify performance gaps and build corrective action plans • Set KPIs tied to traffic, conversions, and revenue • Conduct technical SEO audits covering site health, indexing, schema, and performance • Review and optimize WordPress pages for on-page SEO, structure, and UX alignment • Improve internal linking architecture • Optimize high-intent service pages for conversions • Implement structured data and schema markup • Oversee backlink strategy and authority building • Track rankings, traffic, conversion rates, and lead quality • Identify underperforming initiatives and pivot quickly • Align SEO with paid media and partnerships • Present performance reports tied to revenue impact

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years executing SEO in a growth-focused environment • Proven track record of scaling organic traffic with measurable ROI • Strong WordPress experience, including page builders, plugins, and technical structure • Deep understanding of technical SEO • Deep understanding of on-page optimization • Deep understanding of keyword intent strategy • Deep understanding of link-building strategies • Deep understanding of conversion optimization alignment • Experience leading or mentoring SEO team members • Strong analytical skills • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and/or Semrush • Data-driven and performance-focused • Comfortable challenging what is not working • Experience scaling SEO from scratch or reviving underperforming channels • Understanding of business outcomes beyond rankings • Ability to operate strategically and execute tactically • Investment-versus-return mindset
