• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned accounts, including hospital administrators, department heads, and clinicians • Understand client needs, challenges, and strategic objectives to effectively position GE Healthcare solutions • Drive sales growth and market share within assigned territory, meeting or exceeding sales targets • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients • Negotiate contracts and close sales, adhering to company policies and pricing strategies • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales specialists, service teams, clinical applications, and marketing to ensure comprehensive client support • Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and GE Healthcare product advancements • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably with medical devices or healthcare IT solutions • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas • Strong understanding of the healthcare market, including hospital operations, purchasing processes, and regulatory requirements • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory • Valid driver's license
