• Respond to service calls to evaluate, diagnose, perform repair and planned maintenance on basic biomedical equipment. • Follow appropriate GEHC policies, procedures, hospital protocol and complete necessary documentation. • Maintain daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up. • Document all repair actions and submit reports/summaries according to schedule. • Ensure proper care of spares, tools and test equipment and ensure calibration.
• AS, BS degree, military education, certificate program, current student with less than 12 months from completion OR High School Diploma/GED with 6 months experience servicing electronic, IT or mechanical equipment. • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. • Experience in customer facing role(s). • Knowledge of electronic digital circuitry and understanding of electronic and electro-mechanical devices.
