📋 Description

• Manage demand and program management activities • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to procure necessary equipment and services • Ensure timely delivery and installation • Break down complex problems and estimate effort and timelines • Manage vendors across the portfolio • Provide financial oversight for assigned initiatives • Make informed technology decisions based on due diligence and impact assessment • Drive and participate in design reviews • Apply existing technologies to designs • Identify opportunities for network optimization and implement improvements • Ensure network designs and implementations comply with company standards and security protocols • Collaborate across teams and functions • Represent Network Build functions with Digital Workplace, Sourcing, Finance, and Global Real Estate teams • Coordinate concurrent network-related initiatives including site builds, upgrades, and decommissions • Support secure and reliable networking infrastructure delivery for GE HealthCare • Operate as an individual contributor without direct people management responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• Strong project/program management experience • Basic understanding of network infrastructure • Experience working in a large, global, matrix organization • Ability to manage high workload and multiple parallel projects • Experience working with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders • Comfortable working with engineers and discussing technical topics • PMP, Scrum Master, or related Project Management certifications are nice to have • Excellent communication skills • Time and priority management • Strong stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong customer focus • Change-oriented mindset
