• Engage in client meetings, deal team strategy meetings, internal escalations, and upfront deal qualifying exercises • Funnel growth of Medical Technology Advanced Services portfolio • Lead within GE HealthCare market sales team, driving activation and solution selling • Influence customer and internal stakeholders towards most viable solutions – anticipate and overcome obstacles in the solution development process • Provide regular feedback to marketing, product management, and customer success teams to iterate and develop improved solution categories • Demonstrate a high degree of understanding of market dynamics, opportunities, and risks • Drive commercial excellence in CRM data and other selling technology tools to improve market strategies and effectiveness • Adopt a daily management system mindset into deal management achieving transparency in forecast and forward planning achievement against business priorities
• Minimum 5 years experience in the healthcare/MedTech industry • Background in sales, HTM/MVS, RTLS, MedTech cybersecurity, business development, or strategic account management • Demonstrated experience selling complex solutions, value selling, and/or consultative sales techniques • Proven experience in deal structuring, financial modelling/analysis, and project management • Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial metrics • Excellent commercial, negotiation and contracting skills • Effective relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders • Bachelor’s degree required and MBA preferred • Must reside within North America, and be within a reasonable distance of a major airport
