📋 Description
• Set the sales strategy for a specific geography • Drive overall financial accountability throughout the market • Manage overall sales revenue, margin, cost targets • Establish and foster key customer relationships • Lead a culture of integrity and collaboration • Ensure quality, compliance and controllership rules are met
🎯 Requirements
• BA/BS degree • 10+ years of successful sales/marketing leadership experience • 5+ years of successful Senior level sales management and general management experience • Sales and Service Commercial leadership experience • Enterprise wide solutions mindset • Clear thinker with a strategic mindset and strong industry knowledge • Demonstrates excellent communication skills • Ability to drive decisions internally across multiple functions in a highly matrixed environment • Strong coaching skills
