📋 Description

• Запускати та оптимізовувати кампанії в Meta Ads, використовуючи інструменти автоматизації • Проводити A/B-тестування креативів, аудиторій і підходів та масштабувати ефективні рішення • Формувати User Acquisition-стратегію та визначати напрями для тестування • Відповідати за результати User Acquisition-активностей • Працювати з маркетинговою воронкою, генерувати гіпотези й аналізувати дані • Знаходити нові позиціонування • Досліджувати ринок і конкурентів • Тестувати нові маркетингові канали • Працювати з performance-метриками та аналітикою для прийняття data-driven рішень

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ рік hands-on досвіду з User Acquisition (Meta) в продуктовому IT • Досвід роботи з рекламними бюджетами від $100K/міс • Розуміння взаємозв’язку CAC, LTV, CPA, ROAS/ROI та funnel metrics • Здатність знаходити точки росту в рекламі, customer journey та позиціонуванні • Орієнтація на бізнес-результат і вплив на продукт
