• Support Territory Growth • Partner with your Area Sales Manager to meet and exceed territory sales goals • Research and qualify new prospects • Build authentic relationships with med-spas and related practices • Assist with demos, proposals, and follow-up communication • Monitor customer reorder patterns and support retention strategies • Log activity, leads, and updates accurately in Salesforce • Represent Geneo at trade shows and industry events • Participate in ongoing training and mentorship
• 2+ years of outside or inside sales experience • Background in medical device, skincare, pharmaceutical, hospitality, or wellness industries preferred • Strong interest in entering the medical aesthetics space • Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and develop customer relationships • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Comfortable with regional travel (approximately 60-70%) • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
