📋 Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory (Western India). • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities. • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at existing customer accounts. • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Genesys CcaaS solutions to expand our footprint within existing clients. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional account management and support. • Identify and target key prospects in the Western India market, focusing on specific verticals (e.g: E-Comm, Healthcare, Retail, GCC, Tech). • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand customer challenges and requirements. • Develop and present compelling value propositions that showcase the benefits of Genesys CcaaS solutions. • Maintain a deep understanding of Genesys CcaaS solutions, including features, functionality, and competitive differentiators. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success. • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering/Technology) and/or Business Administration, Sales, Marketing. • 10+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in selling complex software solutions. • Experience selling AI driven CcaaS, contact center solutions, is highly preferred. • Experience in the Western India market and a strong understanding of the local business landscape. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. • Strong business acumen and understanding of customer business needs. • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
