📋 Description

• Drive pipeline growth and market impact across Brazil by owning the execution of demand generation programs that directly influence revenue outcomes and sales success • Partner with Sales leadership and the Sr. Director, Field Marketing Americas, to ensure Brazil’s go-to-market strategy is locally relevant while aligned with broader regional and global objectives • Lead the day-to-day execution of demand programs, optimize lead management processes, and strengthen alignment with BDR and Sales teams to maximize pipeline contribution • Analyze campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and attribution metrics to identify optimization opportunities and improve ROI • Coach and develop team members, providing guidance on execution, prioritization, and performance improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in demand generation, field marketing, or B2B marketing roles, including 2-3 years experience managing or mentoring team members and contributing to team development • Demonstrated experience executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue impact • Strong experience partnering with Sales and BDR teams to improve lead conversion and pipeline acceleration • Proven ability to analyze marketing performance data, optimize programs based on insights and achieve pipeline generation and acceleration targets • Strong understanding of lead management processes, marketing attribution, and campaign performance metrics • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams • Fluent in Portuguese and English, with advanced Spanish proficiency.
