📋 Description

• Enforce PMO standards, templates, and methodologies • Support project lifecycle governance including intake, approvals, and closures • Maintain project schedules, RAID logs, and action item tracking • Track milestone delivery and support issue and risk escalation • Prepare weekly and monthly project and portfolio reports • Maintain PMO documentation repositories and version control • Coordinate PMO and project meetings, minutes, and follow‑ups • Track schedule, scope, cost, and risk indicators • Support portfolio‑level dashboards and KPIs • Validate reporting accuracy across projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 2–5 years experience in PMO, project coordination, or project support roles • Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects • Preferred Certifications PMP or CAPM • PMO or project governance certification • Agile or Scrum certification
