📋 Description

• Utilize the Ezlynx platform to manage commercial insurance policies, including quoting, binding, and servicing. • Conduct training sessions for staff on best practices and features of the Ezlynx software. • Assist in integrating Ezlynx functionalities to streamline insurance workflows and increase productivity. • Collaborate with internal teams to address policy management and processing inquiries. • Stay informed about updates and enhancements to the Ezlynx platform and communicate relevant changes to the team. • Analyze data within the Ezlynx system to identify trends, assess performance, and provide actionable insights. • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies during policy processing. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and concerns related to commercial policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an Ezlynx user or within a similar role in the insurance industry. • Strong understanding of commercial insurance policies and coverages. • Excellent technical skills and proficiency in using the Ezlynx platform. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience in training or educating others on software platforms is preferred. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field is a plus. • Relevant insurance certifications (e.g., CISR, CPCU) are advantageous.
