📋 Description
• Conduct detailed process analysis and documentation of healthcare workflows • Collaborate with healthcare clients to gather requirements and understand pain points • Create process maps, data flow diagrams, and detailed documentation • Identify and quantify automation opportunities with clear ROI calculations • Work closely with RPA developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications • Develop business cases and value propositions for automation initiatives • Guide process standardization and optimization efforts • Support implementation and change management activities
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in process/business analysis (healthcare preferred) • Strong understanding of healthcare operations • Experience with process mapping tools and methodologies • Excellent analytical and communication skills • Knowledge of RPA platforms (UiPath preferred) and automation concepts • Background in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) • Healthcare certifications (CRCR, RHIA) or RPA certifications • Experience with healthcare systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.) • Understanding of healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI) • Project management experience
