📋 Description

• Handle tickets in the Movidesk platform, meeting first-response and resolution-time SLAs • Classify tickets according to their level of urgency (Urgent, High, Medium, and Low) • Understand customer needs, discuss solution alternatives with the Support and Maintenance (SM) team, and document all service steps performed in the tickets • Engage the Development team for maintenance tasks involving product source-code changes • Maintain control of customer data hosted in the cloud • Perform manual security backups of the geographic database • Test functionalities released by the Development team • Install and configure basic solution software, including the operating system, database, and application server • Answer customer questions about how to use Geopixel Solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technology-related field, such as Systems Analysis, Database Management, Computer Science, or Software Engineering • Critical analysis of system specifications in textual or UML format • Understanding of GIS concepts • Basic English proficiency • Knowledge of Tomcat • Knowledge of PostgreSQL databases • Knowledge of the PostGIS spatial extension
