📋 Description

• Review analyses conducted by the Financial Crime Prevention and Know Your Customer (KYC) teams, verifying adherence to processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements • Prepare and record evaluations in the system, building a performance history for the teams and supporting leadership decision-making • Identify opportunities for improvement, propose solutions, and support their implementation • Regularly report indicators, insights into analysis quality, and opportunities to improve processes to stakeholders • Deliver clear, objective, and constructive feedback to support the teams’ ongoing development • Meet evaluation targets while ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliverables • Support strategic Continuous Improvement projects focused on advancing fraud prevention processes • Act in accordance with ethical, legal, and regulatory principles, ensuring the confidentiality of information

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • Knowledge of processes and/or projects focused on continuous improvement or quality management • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and assertively • Previous experience in fraud prevention at financial institutions or technology companies is a plus • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field is a plus • Experience with quality management tools, such as Zendesk, is a plus • Previous experience as a fraud prevention analyst and/or assistant is a plus • 8-hour workday, Monday through Friday • Employment under Brazil’s CLT labor regime
