📋 Description

• Provide support for the educational ERP system, assisting with the analysis and resolution of functional requests • Perform basic system configurations and assist with the validation of more complex configurations • Analyze requests previously triaged by the team, seeking to understand the issue and identify the best way to address it • Log and track support cases and activities in the tools used by the team • Perform tests and validations, recording evidence and documenting results • Assist with gathering and understanding customer requirements and needs • Assist in preparing and updating manuals, procedures, and other documentation • Perform basic database queries using SQL, especially commands such as SELECT, WHERE, and JOIN • Assist with functional training and guidance as autonomy in the role develops • Collaborate with the squad leader and mid-level and senior professionals to monitor requests • Identify opportunities to improve processes, configurations, and documentation • Use AI and automation tools, such as ChatGPT and Copilot, to support analysis, documentation, and productivity gains • Continuously develop technical and business knowledge related to the ERP and the education sector

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, or a related field • Experience working with ERP systems in support or maintenance activities • Knowledge of SQL, especially commands such as SELECT, WHERE, and JOIN • Experience analyzing and handling system-related requests • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience with the Lyceum ERP is a plus • Previous experience at companies or on projects serving the education sector is a plus • Knowledge of academic or administrative processes at educational institutions is a plus • Experience with ticketing and issue-tracking tools such as Trello, Zendesk, Jira, Redmine, or similar platforms is a plus • Knowledge of documentation and process management tools is a plus • Knowledge of or experience with AI and automation tools is a plus • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, willingness to learn, and a collaborative approach are important competencies
