📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of projects and provide oversight of the entire investigator site payment process • Highlight aged invoices and financial risks, explaining delays • Perform data quality control and ensure payment batches are scheduled according to contracts and budgets • Conduct project reconciliations • Trend payment-cycle targets and ensure studies meet targets for each payment-cycle step • Provide customer service to internal project teams and resolve project-related issues • Track and report metrics, flagging nonstandard issues to project teams and the line manager • Assist team members to ensure group targets are met • Check that appropriate approvals are obtained for setup and payment processes • Support teams handling routine tasks • Provide standard reports and run KPIs for project teams • File appropriate documents and perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in appropriate scientific or business disciplines • Excellent oral & written communication in English (advanced level) • 1–3 years of experience and/or equivalent competencies in pharmaceutical industry/clinical research • Previous experience in systems would be an advantage; full training will be provided • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams • Strong and proven analytical and problem-resolution skills • Working knowledge of PCs (MS Office suite at a minimum) • Ability to accomplish substantial tasks with minimal supervision • Home-based role
