• You develop territory and customer strategies to achieve targets in your sales region in the Netherlands • You handle new customer acquisition and manage new and existing customers from the tendering process through to order placement • You are responsible for building sustainable relationships with project developers, contractors, architects and landscape architects • You conduct procurement/contract negotiations independently and are responsible for following up on quotations
• Completed commercial or technical vocational training • Several years of sales experience, ideally in the construction industry • Persuasiveness and negotiation skills to secure continuous sales success • Good technical understanding • Proficient in using ERP and CRM systems • Strong communication skills and assertiveness • Dutch language skills at native level (C1/C2) • German language skills at an advanced level (B1/B2) • Structured, independent and goal-oriented working style • Willingness to travel and a valid driving license (Class B)
