📋 Description

• Monitor international import shipments, ensuring visibility and adherence to deadlines • Keep shipment follow-up information up to date • Review and approve pre-shipment documentation (Proforma Invoice, Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, Drafts, among others) • Source international freight quotes for modes: Air, Sea, Multimodal (Sea-Air) • Support import analysts with operational routines and process control • Occasionally enter import processes into the Protheus ERP • Act as an interface with internal departments, customs brokers, EADI (bonded warehouses) and freight forwarders/agents

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Trade, International Relations or similar fields • Intermediate English • Experience with import documentation such as Proforma Invoice, Invoice, Packing List, House AWB / BL, DI (Import Declaration), LI (Import License) • Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel • Previous experience with international freight, imports or international logistics • Experience in operational contact with freight forwarders and customs brokers • Experience with Protheus ERP is a plus • Familiarity with shipment tracking and deadline control is considered a plus
