📋 Description
• You manage strategic and operational finance and BI projects in close coordination with the C‑level. • You derive focus initiatives and implement them independently and efficiently. • You prepare analyses, reports, presentations, and preliminary accounting professionally. • You structure and coordinate meetings, decision-making processes, and central finance projects. • You take on administrative tasks within the finance area and work closely with all key departments. • You actively drive the optimization of processes and reporting structures.
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field • 1–2 years of relevant experience in an analytical finance or BI role • Strong Excel and analytical skills; ideally complemented by experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau) • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken • Basic knowledge of process development and an interest in growing this area • Quick comprehension, structured thinking, and a strong solution-oriented mindset • Strong affinity for numbers and a passion for structure, efficiency, and quality standards • Professional demeanor, discretion, and confident communication
