• Handle sales inquiries and actively prospect new clients via phone, WhatsApp, email and social media • Conduct consultative sales, understanding clients' pain points and presenting Gescon's solutions • Prepare commercial proposals and manage negotiations through to closing • Keep the CRM updated, recording contacts, opportunities and follow-ups • Manage the sales pipeline and track individual and team targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Commercial mindset, persuasive and results-oriented • Knowledge of and prior experience with CRM systems (Piperun, HubSpot, RD CRM or similar) • Previous experience in consultative sales, SDR, inside sales or sales/customer service (desirable) • Experience with technology, education or B2B services companies (desirable) • Knowledge of sales, negotiation and closing techniques (desirable) • Experience with active prospecting and follow-up (desirable) • Familiarity with sales metrics and targets (desirable)
