📋 Description

• Coordinate localization and production of Nibble and Skillsta lessons across supported languages • Extend localization support to other products upon request • Coordinate workflows and dependencies with Globalization and product teams • Coordinate workload distribution among linguistic experts alongside other coordinators • Create, maintain, and improve localization and operations guidelines • Coordinate quality checks of NMT/AI-assisted tools • Oversee time tracking for linguistic experts • Support administrative system workflows • Report issues promptly • Identify operational gaps and improve processes and tools • Support automation implementation and maintenance • Perform on-demand analytics requests with AI tools

• Confidently and proactively use AI tools in day-to-day work • Strong project and operations management skills • Ability to coordinate multiple workflows and stakeholders • High level of ownership and accountability for outcomes • Ability to give, receive, and act on feedback • Clear and respectful communication • Strong initiative and see-do mindset • Collaborative, team-first approach • Comfort working with ambiguity, evolving processes, and changing priorities • Cultural curiosity and openness to different markets, perspectives, and ways of working • Genuine openness to learning; prior hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools and localization workflows is not required
