📋 Description

• Perform meticulous quality checks and reporting across paid marketing, email, and SMS campaigns • Quality check campaign execution, including setup, targeting, copy, creative, event dates, locations, and other details • Monitor and respond to relevant email communications between clients and external teams • Build, launch, and independently manage end-to-end paid ad campaigns across Meta and TikTok, and ideally Google • Create campaign strategy and budget recommendations • Develop regular client reports with actionable insights • Note, assign, and track meeting action items in ClickUp • Transition within approximately one month from quality control into independent campaign planning and launch

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and managing ad campaigns • Deep expertise in the Meta ads platform at a micro level • Experience with TikTok Ads and Google Ads • Proficiency with ClickUp, Asana, or similar project management software • Extreme attention to detail with zero tolerance for typos, inaccurate information, or mismatched event details • Proactive internal and external communication skills • Fluent English proficiency • Experience working closely with a small, fast-paced team • Highly organized management of personal tasks, priorities, and calendar • Experience with ticketed live events, passion for music, or strong taste in the space (nice to have) • Technical experience with tracking pixels, including generation, installation, conversion events, and custom audience creation (nice to have) • Proficiency with Google Analytics (nice to have) • Experience drafting and executing email or SMS campaigns using Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Laylo, Hive, or Community (nice to have) • Foundational SEO optimization skills across client web domains (nice to have) • Resume must be formatted in English • Ability to work in the US timezone
