📋 Description

• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for plumbing, mechanical, and civil piping projects • Review and interpret construction plans, drawings, specifications, and project documents • Analyze material quantities, labor requirements, and pricing • Prepare accurate estimates for commercial, industrial, and government construction projects • Work within established systems and workflows, including Procore and FastPipe • Collaborate with project managers to review and improve estimating processes • Compare estimates against internal estimates and identify discrepancies or opportunities for improvement • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the estimating process

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on construction estimating experience in the U.S. market • Strong experience estimating plumbing, mechanical, and civil piping work • Commercial or industrial construction experience required • Experience with commercial, industrial, or government projects strongly preferred • Proficiency with Procore and FastPipe • Experience with estimating and construction software such as Bluebeam, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar tools • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, quantities, materials, and labor pricing • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with U.S.-based project managers • Full-time availability, 40 hours per week • Ability to work Pacific Time business hours • Civil engineering background or equivalent technical training preferred • Resume must be formatted in English • Must be comfortable working as an independent contractor if applicable
