📋 Description
• Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare material lists • Review change orders and quotes to ensure pricing aligns with scope • Work from incomplete plan sets, clarify scope, and fill gaps when systems/details are not fully drawn • Keep estimates current when material lists or selections change • Work as a dedicated estimator focused on one client and embedded with the team
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience required • Experience estimating mid-to-high-end residential new construction and renovations • Familiarity with the New York / Long Island / Northeast residential market • Comfortable with remote collaboration and incomplete drawings • Resume must be formatted in English • Amenable to working in the U.S. timezone (EST, MST, CST, or PST) • Willingness to work as an independent contractor • English proficiency
