β’ Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, Bing, and other platforms. β’ Set up new ad accounts and implement robust conversion tracking (using GA4, ad platform pixels, and CRM integrations). β’ Audit existing campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and create detailed, actionable optimization plans. β’ Own the full paid media lifecycle for approximately 10 active clients, including strategy, execution, reporting, and optimization. β’ Ensure proper attribution using tools like Google Tag Manager, GA4, Databox, HubSpot, and Salesforce. β’ Collaborate with internal teams (Client Services, SEO, Copywriting, Design) via Monday.com, Slack & Zoom to align campaign strategy and creative assets. β’ Stay on top of platform updates, new ad formats, and digital trends to continually improve campaign performance.
β’ 5+ years of experience in paid media, with a proven track record managing lead generation campaigns in an agency environment. β’ Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and cross-channel performance marketing. β’ Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager, GA4, and multi-channel conversion tracking. β’ Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce. β’ Experience using Databox or similar analytics/reporting tools. β’ Excellent English communication skills (near-native proficiency required). β’ Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision. β’ Comfortable working collaboratively using Monday.com and Slack.
