📋 Description

• Develop the PR platform intended to become the operating system of the PR agency • Build AI agents used daily by PR consultants • Develop self-learning loops and multi-agent orchestration • Help shape system architecture, including workflows, data models, interfaces, compliance, and the technology stack • Further develop database architecture, including relational and vector databases • Act as a technical expert shaping how getpress thinks about and uses technology • Bring AI into company processes and strategy at the forefront of technical possibilities • Work directly with management, implement ideas, and define technical standards • Collaborate with the existing developer, product manager, Head of AI, and broader team

🎯 Requirements

• More than 3 years of software development experience • Experience with TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL, Docker, Git, LangGraph, and GitHub • Experience developing backend systems with frameworks such as FastAPI, Spring Boot, or NestJS • Experience with common programming languages such as Java, TypeScript, or Python • Experience with container-based and cloud-native architectures, including Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or similar technologies • More than 1 year of experience developing AI agents and components such as memory, context engineering, retrieval, and orchestration • Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, or similar technologies • Based in Germany • B2-level German is sufficient; C1 German is advantageous, along with the motivation to complete a C1 course during the first year of employment • Skills in SQL, API design, schema design, and query optimization • Experience integrating AI/ML models into production systems, with an understanding of model behavior, performance, and limitations • Product engineering experience, including evaluating requirements from business and user perspectives • Experience with event-driven architectures such as Kafka or RabbitMQ is advantageous • Experience with agentic development tools such as Claude Code or Codex is advantageous
