📋 Description
• Contractor Role: 6 months (potential for permanent). • As Senior Account Manager in Tokyo, you’ll manage and expand relationships with Japanese partners. • Work closely with CEO and COO to navigate high-stakes partnerships and negotiate IP agreements. • Collaborate with CEO and COO to contribute to revenue growth through IP initiatives. • Act as the primary liaison with Japanese entertainment companies. • Negotiate and secure rights to additional IPs within the contract period. • Draft and coordinate global partnership agreements. • Prospect for new partners and prepare compelling presentations. • Participate in cross-functional meetings for alignment. • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events with travel. • Facilitate executive-level meetings with talent and executives.
🎯 Requirements
• Location: Resides in the Tokyo metro area. • Language Skills: Fluent in Japanese and English. • Work Environment: Work from home, with travel to client offices and events as needed. • Experience: • Enterprise sales and executive relationship management with Japanese clients. • Prior experience in entertainment (manga, anime, gaming) preferred. • Familiarity with IP licensing is a strong plus. • Interpersonal Skills: Confident in communicating with and hosting executives and creative talent.
