📋 Description

• Strategic setup & scaling: Development of structures, processes, and KPIs for the aftersales department • End-to-end customer follow-up: Post-installation support and handling of customer inquiries • Performance & KPI management: Definition of relevant metrics and data-driven management of the team • Process & escalation management: Development of standardized procedures and escalation paths • Team & leadership: Leading and developing the aftersales team

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of demonstrable leadership experience in this area • Experience leading teams in aftersales or customer success • Practical know-how and a structured working style • Ability to solve operational challenges strategically
