📋 Description

• Oversee small- to medium-sized non-turnkey, equipment-only, suites of products, or non-turnkey projects • Provide direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources • Manage project delivery, profit and loss accountability, and customer satisfaction • Develop specialized knowledge and serve as a best-practice and quality resource • Contribute to strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within the area of responsibility • Analyze data and use technical expertise to support recommendations • Make decisions and solve moderately complex operational/product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering problems • Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues • Lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements • Explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus • Influence others on topics within the field

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in Project Management • Knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Ability to work across different time zones and monitor, read, and respond to contact outside normal working hours
