• Identify and pursue 765kV business opportunities within the Power Transmission Portfolio of GE’s Electrification business • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, understanding client needs • Drive cross-product offerings and revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients for 765kV portfolio • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at utilities, developers, and EPC’s • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and outreach • Prepare and present business proposals, including pricing strategies, service offerings, and value propositions • Support the sales pipeline, track progress, and forecast revenue
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the technology, data center, or colocation industry • Proven track record of successfully closing deals and driving revenue growth • Willingness to travel 30%-50% of the time based on the business need • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong negotiation and closing skills • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Deep understanding of the utilities
